Fellowship Application Materials

Applications will be considered complete once the following documents have been received:

  1. CAP Standardized Application for Pathology Fellowships 
  2. Updated Curriculum Vitae
  3. Personal Statement
  4. Copy of USMLE or COMLEX scores
  5. Photograph
  6. Three letters of recommendation- Letters should be addressed to the Program Director Kossivi Dantey, MD and emailed from the letter authors to the Fellowship Coordinator Sue Pish.
