The AHN RetuRN to Practice program offers a unique opportunity for nurses who would like to return to their careers.
This program is for nurses interested in bedside, or other practice sites, with terms that fit their lifestyle. This program focuses on successfully reintegrating nurses into the workplace by providing flexible scheduling, a 12-week paid refresher course, and a network of support.
The AHN RetuRN to Practice Program works in collaboration with the University of Delaware to provide the refresher course. The didactic portion takes place online, while an 80-hour clinical portion is provided at AHN facilities.
