Wellness and Team Building

Wellness is an important part of our fellowship program,. We are committed to supporting the professional, emotional, physical and social well-being of our fellows.

The collegiality between the fellows and faculty is consistently recognized as a strength of our program.  We want to ensure not only that our fellows are well trained but they enjoy their fellowship experience. We strive for work life balance by involving the fellows in program decisions and by planning various social events through the year. We provide resources and training on stress management, burnout recognition, resilience and fatigue.
