Healthy Roster facilitates communication about care for a student athlete, so the whole circle of care can be up to date on the student athlete's status.

From high school to college, Healthy Roster helps you easily communicate with athletic trainers.

By accepting an invitation from your athletic trainer, you get access to:

• HIPPA-compliant communication
• Easy transfer of necessary forms and paperwork
• Parents and coaches can get updated status of their athletes before practices or games. The Coach’s Report makes it fast and easy to update each athlete’s status and notes prior to play

Get started with Healthy Roster

Follow these steps to register and gain access to specific AHN information:

• Contact your athletic trainer for an email invitation to gain access to Healthy Roster.
• Go to your device-specific app store.
• Search “Health Roster” and download the app.
• Open the app and enter your email and password to begin.
