All applications are handled through the Electronic Residency Application Service® (ERAS®) and should be received by September 15. Candidates can apply under the EMERGENCY SPORTS MEDICINE tab within ERAS. We accept applicants from the following ACGME-accredited residency programs: emergency medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, physical medicine & rehabilitation and pediatrics.
The interview dates are Friday, November 4 and Friday, November 11, 2022. The fellowship program will not accept paper applications. The fellowship application must include the following:
- Completed application
- Personal statement
- Curriculum vitae
- Transcript from your medical school
- Dean's letter
- Three letters of recommendation
- USMLE or COMLEX Board Scores
- Photograph
If you are a graduate of a foreign medical school, you must also meet the following requirements:
- Eligible for J-1 visa
- ECFMG certification prior to interview
Once the application is received, our committee reviews the application and applies specific criteria to determine which applicants are offered interviews.
