- Strong procedural experience is emphasized from day one. Residents are expected to be proficient in lumbar punctures, joint injections, fluoroscopic
procedures, image guided biopsies, and more by the time they begin call.
- With few fellows on a year to year basis, unlike many larger programs, residents perform most of the procedures on all rotations.
