We know that a cancer diagnosis means more than just a medical determination. Our Navigation Program provides you with highly trained nurses, financial advocates, and other supportive care professionals, so that you can focus on your treatment, while we take care of life's little details.

Your team: advocacy, education, and support

Your Navigation Team works with you and your loved ones to help you manage your care and time. From explaining your treatment, to scheduling appointments, to keeping you informed, to coordinating your continued care from home, the cancer Navigation Team will be there, from the beginning, to support you through every stage of your cancer treatment journey.

Your AHN Nurse Navigator support continues with a specially trained survivorship team as you complete cancer treatments and begin life as a cancer survivor.

Get answers from someone you know and trust

Your navigators exist to help you manage your symptoms, side effects, treatment, results, and continuation of care. Your cancer Navigation Team also wants to make getting your treatment as easy and seamless as possible. They are there to help schedule appointments, provide directions, keep your records up-to-date, and connect you with other assets who can assist with your treatment plan.

Patient-centered care: how it's supposed to be

You need to feel confident and informed about your treatment and team. That's why you and your loved ones will always see the same team throughout your entire treatment plan. You'll also have access to a network of support services, support groups, and palliative care. at AHN Cancer Institute, you never have to be alone.
